    1. Company Information

    JR Heating Services Ltd, Company No. 10690085, Gas Safe Registration No. 594173. Registered address: 1 Park Ave, Barry, CF62 7RL.

    2. Quotations

    All quotations are provided free of charge and remain valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. Quotations are based on the information provided and a visual inspection. If additional work is required beyond the original scope, we will notify you and provide a revised quote before proceeding.

    3. Payment Terms

    Payment is due upon completion of work unless agreed otherwise in writing. We accept bank transfer, cash, and card payments. For larger installations, a deposit may be required to secure booking and order materials. Finance options are available on qualifying installations through our approved finance partners.

    4. Guarantees & Warranties

    All workmanship carries a 12-month guarantee from the date of completion. Manufacturer warranties on equipment (boilers, heat pumps, etc.) are separate and vary by product — typically 2 to 10 years. Guarantees do not cover damage caused by misuse, third-party interference, or failure to maintain equipment as recommended.

    5. Cancellations

    You may cancel a booking with at least 24 hours' notice at no charge. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a call-out fee. For installations where materials have been ordered, cancellation may be subject to restocking charges.

    6. Access & Preparation

    You agree to provide safe and clear access to the work area. If access is not available at the agreed time, a wasted visit charge may apply. We will leave your property clean and tidy on completion of work.

    7. Liability

    JR Heating Services Ltd holds public liability insurance. Our liability is limited to the value of the work carried out. We are not liable for pre-existing faults, damage caused by third parties, or consequential losses beyond the scope of our control.

    8. Complaints

    9. Governing Law

    These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
